Marisa Stidam, FRP

Marisa Stidam has been a cornerstone of The Sketchley Law Firm, P.A. since 2018. Serving in the dual role of Office Manager and Florida Registered Paralegal, she brings a high level of organizational excellence and specialized expertise to the firm’s elder law practice. Marisa is a trusted advocate for families navigating the complexities of Medicaid planning, guardianship, probate, trust administration, and litigation.

Her approach to legal service is uniquely informed by her background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This firsthand experience in geriatric care allows her to bridge the gap between complex legal procedures and the lived realities of her clients, providing support that is as empathetic as it is precise.

Marisa’s multidisciplinary perspective is backed by an impressive educational foundation, including Associate degrees in Introduction to Legal and Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to ethical standards ensure that every client’s assets and rights are protected with the utmost care.

Outside of the office, Marisa is a devoted mother who enjoys traveling and attending live music events. She values quality time with her family and her many “fur children,” and she remains active in the community through her volunteer work with the American Red Cross Disaster Response Team.
