Katelyn Todd
legal Assistant
Katelyn Todd joined The Sketchley Law Firm in August 2025, bringing a unique blend of analytical precision and creative insight to her role as a Legal Assistant.
Katelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of West Florida. Her academic background in narrative structure and language makes her a vital asset in drafting and refining complex legal documents, ensuring clarity and accessibility for every client the firm serves. During her time at UWF, Katelyn’s dedication to excellence was recognized early when she was named the first-ever recipient of the Intern Excellence Award for her department’s internship program.
Beyond her academic achievements, Katelyn has a proven track record of community leadership. As a Resident Assistant, she spearheaded the creation of various community-building programs, demonstrating an innate ability to organize, problem-solve, and support others through complex transitions—skills that translate seamlessly to the sensitive nature of elder law and estate planning.
Outside of the office, Katelyn remains deeply connected to her community and family. On the weekends, she enjoys a variety of personal pursuits, from the patient art of learning to crochet to the immersive worlds of video games. She shares her home with two spirited cats who keep her busy and always on her toes.
