Twyla L. Sketchley

Twyla L. Sketchley is the founder of The Sketchley Law Firm, P.A., where she’s spent over two decades navigating the tangled web of Florida elder law, probate, trust administration, special needs planning, and guardianship. A Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law, Twyla doesn’t just “do” elder law; she literally helps write the checklists judges use to handle it. From serving as President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and The Florida Bar Elder Law Section to acting as a court-appointed monitor in high-profile guardianship cases, she has made a career out of being the person you want in your corner when the legal stakes are high and the paperwork is a nightmare.
