We return calls and emails within one business day. For questions about your existing case, call or text the office directly. For new inquiries, request an appointment and we’ll follow up to schedule a consultation.
Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Our office is closed to our clients and the public on Friday so we can work on your case without interruption.

A few situations come up often. If any of these apply, here’s where to start:
Who do I contact if I'm already a client with a true legal emergency?
Our after-hours emergency contacts are limited only to current clients. We cannot provide assistance to non-clients.
If you are a current client and believe you have an emergency during office hours, please contact our main telephone line (850) 894-0152 and inform the Receptionist of your legal emergency. The Receptionist will forward your call to the appropriate party or send an urgent message if the appropriate party is unavailable at the time of your call.
Outside of office hours, please contact the main telephone line and follow the verbal instructions in the voice mail answering system for emergency calls.
If you have a medical or mental health emergency, please dial 911. Our office is not the appropriate contact for medical or mental health emergencies.
Who do I contact if I want to refer a friend or family member?
Referrals are one of the greatest compliments we receive. To protect the privacy of the person you’re referring, Florida Bar rules prevent us from reaching out to them directly. Please ask them to contact our office to schedule an initial appointment and we’ll take it from there.
Who do I contact to refer a professional client?
We’re honored to receive referrals from attorneys, accountants, physicians, financial planners, social workers, discharge planners, facility administrators, and other professionals. We work collaboratively with both local and out-of-state colleagues to provide quality elder law representation.
Due to Florida Bar rules, we’re unable to reach out to referred clients directly. Please ask them to contact our office to schedule an initial appointment. If you’ll be attending the meeting, have them let us know when they call.
Directions to Our Office
Our office is located conveniently near the SouthWood entrance at the intersection of Capital Circle SE/Highway 319 and Blair Stone Road.
From I-10
Take exit 203. Head south on Capital Circle NE/US-319 for about 7.3 miles. Turn left at Blair Stone Road. Turn right onto Coolidge Court (there is a CVS at the corner). Continue on Coolidge Court for about 0.2 miles, then turn left into the Professional Center at SouthWood. We are located at 3689 Coolidge Court, Suite 8. Suite 8 is the farthest office on the right facing the building.
From The Capitol
Head east on Apalachee Parkway/SR-20/US 27 for about 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Blair Stone Road for about 2.9 miles. Continue through the Capital Circle SE intersection until you enter SouthWood. Turn right onto Coolidge Court (there is a CVS at the corner). Continue on Coolidge Court for about 0.2 miles, then turn left into the Professional Center at SouthWood. We are located at 3689 Coolidge Court, Suite 8. Suite 8 is the farthest office on the right facing the building.
From the Airport
Turn right out of the airport onto Highway 319. Continue on Highway 319 for about 8.5 miles. Turn right onto Blair Stone Road (there is a CVS at the corner). Turn right onto Coolidge Court. Continue on Coolidge Court for about 0.2 miles, then turn left into the Professional Center at SouthWood. We are located at 3689 Coolidge Court, Suite 8. Suite 8 is the farthest office on the right facing the building.
