You can give almost any power you wish to your agent under a power of attorney, as long as it’s legal. This is something you should discuss with your attorney, so that you understand the powers you are granting. There are however some powers that an agent would be prohibited from exercising, even if you gave them to them. That includes making a will or testifying as to knowledge you might have.
